The Rendezvous at Student Ball 2007

The Impiana KLCC Hotel was infested on 5th January 07! The Student Representative Council (SRC) welcomed almost 250 students and guests to the ATC Student Ball 07, which was a party to behold. In an allegro pace, the AD 07 soon filled to the brim with glowing students, boogying towards the night that they well deserved.

The night was unleashed with performances from Ghetto Republic and dancers who managed to make it look both effortless and magnificent. Our MCs, Charan and Temily waxed eloquently. The mood was both vibrant and magical during the entire buffet dinner which served a fantastic range of freshly cooked food that was conjured up in the biggest woks imaginable and included a wide array of salads, hors d' oeuvre, cream of forest mushrooms, Salisbury-steak with braised onions, assorted French pastries. Oh, and the ususal fresh brewed coffee and tea were also an option of course! The sumptuous smell and generous portions was a feast for the senses.

In the crowd were our very own lecturers past an present, Ms Mary, Mr. Kevin, Ms Munitha, Dr. Harry, Mr. Vignes, Mr. Fork, MRU Saravan, Mr. Guna, Mr. Ravi, Ms Hema, Ms Leong, Ms Joanna, Mr. Paul and many more. The highlight for many was the Mr. and Ms. ATC personality contest, which was a bomb! The awards went to Avinash and Sarah. The Mr. and Ms. Best Dressed went to Sharon and Izzul.

As they danced the night away, the guys looked dapper and the girls looked gorges. While some presumably got the last dance they wished for, others were probably not quite so privileged. The AD 07 brought everyone together for a rousing finish of a fun night and leaving students with door gifts and memories to cherish.
